Return Policy

Because everyone can change their mind, Kejeo makes returns easy.

Return within 30 days

You have 30 days to return unused products, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Original packaging

Electrical products (CDI box, coil, relay, etc.) must be returned in their sealed original packaging.

In perfect condition

Incomplete, damaged, or dirty products will not be accepted or exchanged.

How to make a return?

Go to the "Product Returns" tab in your customer account

Select the order that includes the product(s) to be returned

Specify the quantity to return (if you're returning multiple units of the same item)

Add a comment if necessary

Click "SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST"

Return fees

We offer a return service for €6.99 via Chronopost, which will be deducted from your refund. This service is available only in mainland France (excluding Corsica).

A prepaid label will be sent to you by email. Simply print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at a partner pick-up point of your choice.

You may also return the product on your own to the following address: Kejeo, 4 bis route de Vittel, 88260 Darney.

For products that are too heavy or bulky for drop-off at a pick-up point, a customer advisor will offer a suitable solution.

Processing your request

Once your request is submitted, our customer service team will review it within 24 to 48 business hours.

You will then receive:

A confirmation email with return instructions and a form to include inside your package.
If you chose our €6.99 return service, a prepaid return label will be sent to you in a second email.

In some cases, an advisor may contact you to request additional information before approval.

Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder if you haven’t received our emails after 48 business hours.

Prepare your package

To ensure your item is safe during transport to our warehouse and to minimize risk, please follow these simple guidelines:

Choose strong and suitable packaging

Use protective materials (padding, foam, etc.)

Insert the return form inside the package

Seal the package with wide and strong adhesive tape

Make sure that only the carrier label is visible and correctly placed on a flat surface (it should not overlap two sides or be stuck over the tape)

After we receive your package

Our team will inspect your return within 5 days. You will then receive an email with one of the following outcomes:

Approved: Refund will be issued within 5 days to your original payment method

Rejected: A customer advisor will contact you for more information
